Orders and Shipping

Orders typically ship within 2-5 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Creating an account with NSdirect is easy! Simply click on the “Sign Up” button at the top of our website. You’ll be prompted to enter your name, email address, and a password. After completing the registration, you’ll be able to access order history, manage your account, and enjoy a faster checkout process for future purchases.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@nsdirect.shop. If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we will be able to update your shipping details. Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.

After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Simply click the link provided or visit the shipping carrier’s website (such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL) and enter your tracking number to see the status of your order.

For your security and privacy, NSdirect does not store your credit card information. All payments are processed securely by our payment gateway, and we do not have access to your credit card details.

Sales tax is applied based on the shipping address and local regulations. If your state or country requires sales tax, it will be automatically calculated at checkout.

We currently ship to most countries worldwide! To check if we ship to your location, simply enter your shipping address during the checkout process. If we do not ship to your country, please feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

In most cases, your items will be shipped together in one package. However, depending on the size or availability of certain items, you may receive multiple shipments. If that’s the case, you’ll receive a tracking number for each package.

If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You can initiate a return by contacting us at contact@nsdirect.shop. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience! If you received the wrong item, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, along with a description or photo of the incorrect item, and we will help resolve the issue. If the mistake was on our end, we will cover the return shipping costs and send you the correct item.

If your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Please provide a photo of the damaged product and the order number, and we will assist you with a return or replacement. If the damage was caused during shipping, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Once your return is approved, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged in its original packaging (if possible) to avoid any damage during transit. Keep your return tracking number as proof of return.

If you realize you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@nsdirect.shop. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we will be able to update the address for you. Unfortunately, once an order is shipped, we are unable to make address changes, and any additional shipping fees for a redelivery will be the responsibility of the customer.

We process orders quickly to get them to you as soon as possible, so changes or cancellations can only be made before the order is shipped. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at contact@nsdirect.shop. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

If an item is sold out, we currently do not offer a pre-order option. However, we restock popular items regularly. You can sign up for a back-in-stock notification on the product page, and we’ll notify you when it’s available again.
